Ricco Hodgin
Managing Partner
Thirty-four years of construction experience, including 24 years focused on new residential construction. Over his career he has served in multiple leadership roles, including Superintendent, Project Manager, Area Manager, Construction Manager, and Operations Manager, giving him a comprehensive view of how to run construction projects efficiently from start to finish.
Throughout his 34-year career, he has also continuously performed residential remodeling, giving him deep, hands-on knowledge of both renovation and new-build work.

Senior Partner
Retired U.S. Navy Limited Duty Officer (LDO) has owned and managed residential rental properties, coordinating renovations, managing contractor relationships, budgeting capital improvements, and ensuring projects were completed on time and within scope.
